What methods of payment do you accept?
Whether you're ordering through our Web site or by mail, phone or fax, you can pay for your purchases with Credit Card, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Network or American Express. For mailed in orders, you can also pay by check or money order (please do not send cash). We also accept payment via PayPal for orders placed online.

When is my credit card charged for my order?
Your credit card is charged when your order is shipped. If multiple shipments are required to fulfill your order, you will be billed as the items are shipped. Shipping fees, as well as taxes, if applicable, are charged on a pro-rated basis as items are shipped.

Do you offer deferred billing?

When putting infants under 12 months to sleep, remove pillows, quilts, comforters and other soft items from the crib. For further information you may contact the CPSC or your pediatrician.

Standard Delivery
Our Standard Delivery method is United States Postal Service. For most in-stock items delivered via Standard Delivery within the continental United States you should expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days of placing your order, depending on your delivery area. Orders shipped outside the continental United States may take up to 60 days to be received via Standard Delivery. Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer (these items are noted on the product page) and may take up to 6-8 weeks for delivery.

Rush Delivery
If you would like to receive your order more quickly, rush options (available within the continental U.S. only) are offered. We guarantee these deliveries or we pay for them ourselves!

Orders for all rush delivery methods must be placed by 11:00 AM Eastern time for that day’s processing. Delivery time does not include weekend days and holidays. (Sorry, rush delivery not available on featherbeds and other bulk items.)

Our "REST -EASY" Guarantee
If, for any reason, you're not satisfied with a purchase, we will gladly offer you an exchange, refund or merchandise credit within 90 days of receipt (excluding delivery and service charges). After 90 days, no return will be accepted, with the exception of Lifetime Guarantee. All of The Company Store® product are made to the highest quality standards.


Note: Depending on the method you use to return your package, please allow up to 14 calendar days from the day you returned your package for your return to be processed and your account credited. 


International Shipping

All catalog prices and delivery rates are quoted in U.S. funds and do not include applicable duty, customs charges or taxes which are paid by the customer. Custom Upholstery Return Policy
Because of their custom nature, headboards, complete beds, slipcovers, benches and settees cannot be returned unless received damaged or defective. To ensure you are choosing the right fabric, we recommend you order swatch materials before placing your order.
